aCar was developed over the past 5 years when the Tech University of Munich joined up with ACIF to deliver an affordable mobility solution to sub Saharan farmers. A low weight electric vehicle that can haul a Metric Ton or carry 10 persons, among many other benefits aCar is highly competitive among the existing global vehicle portfolio. It fills unique needs that no other currently delivers.
Some of the faculty from TUM have created an aCar assembly company in Bavaria, Germany to kick things off. Plans exist to expand the assembly business into the sub Saharan and other developing parts of the world. High interest to do so was generated at the European Auto Show, where a global press release was made
Life expectancy jumps step for step as more vehicles are registered by citizens of a country. The two curves above represent that this is exactly what happened in the USA after the introduction of the automobile. It’s happening in China now. We are pursuing it for Africa with a-Car.
AaCar was developed by rapidly by employing some innovative thinking and development that mobilized the concept into a 3 dimensional reality in a very short time.

The future is always in the hands of our young people. We made sure that the talented youth of Africa and Germany co-lead our effort. Students from Nigeria , Ghana, Tanzania, Kenya, and Germany’s Technical Unviersity of Munich lead the way. This photo is the first public presentation our students made at a European Auto Industry Mobility Kongress in 2014. Looking back on this, it will one day be great day In history.
This is the first 3 dimensional model that captured what we were dreaming of. Magic.
