Our History
AHAF-USA was born in 1998 (it was known as ACIF then), with the intention to help raise Life Expectancy in the sub Saharan by 20 years. This chart shows Life Expectancy of all countries as a function of GNP. (Gross national Product). All sub-Saharan countries are sadly at the lower left. The good news is that it doesn’t take much to jump up the curve to 70 years (an additional $75 delivers an extra year per person.)
